Wear each patch for up to 8 hours and replace daily for maximum effectiveness.
Apply to clean, dry, hairless skin. Avoid any cream, oil, or lotion before application.
Take off Gently remove the patch from its backing and apply it without stretching the skin.
To remove it, use the wet method (warm water) or apply a little oil to make it easier to remove.
Use only one patch at a time and vary the application area with each new application.

Store the product in its original pouch in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 24 months if stored properly.
