Refund policy


We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

1) Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With any security seal intact (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Hygiene & safety notice: Because our products are considered personal care/wellness items, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or has a broken seal/packaging.

2) How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at: support@myselena.co
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address (and, when applicable, a return label). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3) Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We strongly recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution (replacement or refund, depending on the case).

4) Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed personal care/wellness items (including patches)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items (if applicable)

5) Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return (if eligible) and then place a new order.

6) European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

However, this right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (for example, personal care items once opened).

7) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Within up to 10 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@myselena.co.

8) Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or item damaged on arrival), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs (case by case).

  • If the return is due to change of mind (when eligible), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
